If the paper is feeding through but appears blank:
– Your terminal uses thermal paper rolls to print receipts. This paper will only print on one side.
– When the rolls supplied with the terminal are used up, you must obtain replacements from recommended suppliers.
– Check your paper rolls.
– Check that the roll is loaded the correct way round. Refer to the ‘Changing thermal roll’ article for more information.
