Lost Connection – MAC Reset CHECK

Occasionally, the terminal will “lose” its connection with the processing bank.  If you see a screen message “Invalid MAC” or “MAC reset required”

1. Press “Menu” twice

2. Press “Supervisor”

3. Enter Password

4. Choose “Password”

5. Choose “MAC reset”

6. Choose “ALL”

This should now reconnect your terminal to the processor and the terminal should work normally.
