Terminal Not Printing

Check that the receipt roll is installed correctly and the lid to the roll compartment is firmly closed. This includes:

1. Check the presence and proper positioning of the paper roll
2. Adjust the paper roll
3. Check the type of paper used (thermal paper must be used)
4. Verify the thermal paper is on the sensitive side
